Abstract Annexin A5 (ANXA5) is a member of the calcium dependent phospholipid binding protein family and participates in regulation variety physiological pathological processes. However, whether how ANXA5 affects growth progression glioma remains unclear.We analyzed expression multiple public databases, verified 50 clinical samples with Western blotting to study correlation between prognosis, survival, characteristics. In vitro experiments, we up-regulated down-regulated cells, then treated cells up regulated Y397 FAK specific phosphorylation inhibitor Y15, effect on proliferation, migration invasion through CCK8, clone formation, EDU, assays, scratching,and proved that level affected upstream downstream factors FAk/PI3K/AK pathway. highly expressed related features such as grade, age molecular typing. The higher ANXA5, worse prognosis. increased can promote activate pathway, Y15 reverse promotion overexpression; when knocked down, result opposite. an independent prognostic factor patients. this be reversed by Y15.
